Terms and Conditions for the Campari Apartments, Torun apartamentycampari@gmail.com

  1. The apartment is rented for the day.
  2. Check-in begins at 14:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 12:00 on the day of departure.
  3. If the guest does not specify the length of stay, a single day hire is assumed.
  4. A key is provided to each apartment. If lost or destroyed by the guest there is a fee of PLN 50.00 added to the bill.
  5. When booking an apartment the guest must advise on whether there will be any minors/ children under the age of 3. At the request of the management the guest is obliged to present documents proving the age of the child.
  6. The entire complex is non-smoking. If this rule is violated and a fine incurred the guest will bear all costs involved, including costs arising from unwarranted calls and arrival of the Fire Brigade. The costs in each case will be individually assessed by the management of Apartamenty Campari
  7. The following activities are forbidden:
    - Entering and possession of animals
    - Trade and acquisitions
  8. If you wish to extend your stay beyond the period indicated please inform the reception desk immediately giving at least 24 hours’ notice. Apartmenty Campari take into account the wish to extend your stay as far as possible. If you wish to shorten your stay, please inform the management before 12:00 noon, otherwise you will be charged for another 24 hour stay.
  9. Guest may not transfer the apartment to other people. Additional guests can only stay in the apartments if management approves them.
  10. Guests are obliged to use the facilities, including the kitchen and fireplace in accordance with its customary purpose, and in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations. It is forbidden to move furniture and appliances in the apartments. The guest is obliged to register use of the fireplace with management. In the case of destruction, damage or loss of items of equipment from the apartments , including a kitchenette or kitchen, the guest is obliged to repair the damage caused via a compensation payment. The size of compensation is determined by management.
  11. Persons on the premises of Campari are required to read and comply with the provisions of these Regulations. Making a booking means you have read the provisions of the Regulations and accept these terms and conditions.
  12. Campari is not liable for loss of or damage to property brought by users of the range specified in the relevant provisions of the Civil Code. Guests must notify management about the damage immediately after its discovery. This applies to both damage to property and personal injury.
  13. The behaviour of guests and people who use the services of the hotel should not interfere with the quite enjoyment of other guests. Campari may refuse to continue to provide services to a person who violates this rule. In particular, Campari employees are entitled to refuse to provide further services immediately. The guest shall bear the costs associated with the services already received.
  14. Campari reserves the right to refuse any guest who, during a previous stay, grossly violated decency, failed to pay within the prescribed time limit imposed by the service provider for the debts arising out of their stay as well as none compliance with the provisions of these Regulations.
  15. The apartment is rented for the day.
  16. There is a curfew between the hours of 22.00 to 7.00.
  17. Guests are required to properly secure the room, so that access to it by unauthorized third parties is not possible. When leaving the guest is responsible for ensuring that windows and doors are securely closed. Guests are also required to properly secure the main door to the building.
  18. Campari is not liable for damage to health caused by improper use of equipment on the ground/ in the facility, including the apartment, kitchen or kitchenette, or failure to observe the instructions and commands from management or the provisions of these Regulations.
  19. Items left in rooms by departing guests with their consent will be sent (at the expense of the recipient ) to the indicated address . In the absence of such an instruction Campari will store these items for a period of 1 month. After this period, they will be reported to the local authorities.
  20. Any complaints that you wish to report should be immediately reported to the management.
  21. Amendments to the Regulations shall be made by publication of modified content on the website.
  22. Without the consent of the owner Campari is prohibited from allowing advertising of other services. Strictly forbidden is recommending and encouraging the use of paid or unpaid services competing with Campari.
  23. It is possible to make payments in cash only. In case of payment by bank transfer, the guest is required to make the payment within the time specified.
  24. Any financial claims resulting from the use of services provided by Campari is not regulated by the service provider within the prescribed time limit and will be routed to court immediately after.
  25. Access to the Internet can only be offered to guests of Apartamenty Campari.
